I didn't make that egg.
I did fill it.
But what is it?
Yeah, I made creme eggs. Like the ones from my favorite chocolate company...it's my favorite Easter candy, the Cadbury Creme Egg.
So I whipped up my own. It wasn't even difficult. I promise. ALTHOUGH, I would never make them with a handheld mixer. It will take your mixer and send it to a mixer graveyard. This is a heavy-duty stand mixer recipe. Oh, and here it is. My only alteration is using vanilla bean paste (my fav!) rather than regular wah-nilla.
Let's be honest: it's straight sugar covered in chocolate. Don't expect it to be healthy because it's not.
