Sunglasses! [giveaway]

As you know, this summer has been cray-cray.

Mostly because my ambitions when the temperature is above 75 degrees revolve around basking in the sun, reading books in the sun, sleeping in the sun, and swimming in the sun.

Me and the sun? BFF. Except that one time, but we're not talking about that.

My eyes? They don't like the sun. Well, to be fair, I don't know that they don't like the sun, but they get squinty and I get headaches so I wear sunglasses.

This summer I got my first pair of prescription sunglasses from Firmoo. They were cheap! I've been shopping around for prescription sunglasses [cheapest price I found? $90] then I discovered Firmoo! I found prescription sunglasses for less than $40. [As I always do when making a purchase online, I googled "Store Name coupon code" and found a 40% off coupon too. YAY!] You know I love a deal, so in about 5 clicks, they were purchased. BOOM.

Then they arrived and I fell in lust love lust LOVE.

As I was exploring Firmoo's cheap eyeglasses [hey-a girl never knows when she'll need another pair! They have a first pair free offer if you're a new customer to Firmoo!] I also signed up to get a pair of non-prescription, totally hip sunglasses for one of you!

They're totes cute.

These sunglasses wrap around keeping the sun at bay and giving a very Jackie O vibe. I love that vibe.

I had to try them on for you.

Yup, cute! I'd keep them, but they're not prescription and as you saw earlier my heart beats for one pair of sunglasses.

  3. I am having a hard time pin pointing one thing, a top one would be our parties. I love hosting and mingling with our different sets of friends. Last night was another successful gathering. Wine tasting in Canada, and walking endless miles in different places to see my husband get all excited about an autograph or another.

  5. The best thing I did this summer was go camping on a site that overlooked the beach. So amazing! Lucky for me though, summer hasn't even started in SF. I have more to look forward to. =)

  8. Oh boy. It's gotta be a tie between adopting (being adopted?) by a kitty cat, even though that kitty cat just viciously attacked me, and our road trip that's in progress right now!

  9. Although it's kind of cheating off od Suze, I really enjoyed sitting by you this last weekend as well. That or sitting by the pool in Vegas for like 30 hours drinking bloody marys and soaking up the sun. Actually, Vegas might win. But really my fantasy Vegas+you wins. Except it isn't real. Maybe some day. A girl can dream.

  10. The best thing I did this summer was spend time with my husband at a cottage. We relaxed, read a lot, fished, and ate way too many s'mores!

    1. Sara, that sounds like my kind of vacation! We spent the majority of the summer under a burn-ban so no bonfires. sad.

There are s'mores [and pudgie pie] plans for Labor Day though! (-:
