Driving in Kansas

People think Kansas is flat.

Half of it is.

The other half? Flint hills, not flat.

I grew up in McPherson. Well, actually I grew up on a farm just north of McPherson [a hay farm, but the above isn't our farm]. McPherson is right near the middle of the state, just where it starts to get really flat. Head west if flat is what you're seeking. Drive 30 minutes to the east and you're here, in the hills.

So much space to breathe.

I love the small towns, but could co-op ever replace Target?

Could run-down barns replace Starbucks?

Probably not.
Kansas, you're pretty.
